RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund of store credits within 15 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns of used or washed items. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for a new one at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund of store credits within 5 business days. The store credits will be credited to your customer account on our website. Please note that store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
